Can a seal be removed and washed?

No seals cannot be removed, however there are methods of washing them whilst attached to the door. We recommend using a professional fridge seal cleaner or heavily diluted water-based cleaning agent and a soft cloth or brush to remove any debris on the seal. Seals should be cleaned daily to help prolong their life.

Can a seal be cleaned with a knife?

No, we do not recommend to clean your seals with a knife as this can cause irreparable damage to your seals. Even blunter knives like butter knives can cause rips and tears in seals, which will result in the whole seal needing to be replaced.
